Document processing
Sign & Fill reads and edits your PDF in your browser. Its application code does not upload the document to DocuHeroes servers. PDF.js and pdf-lib software files load from the third-party cdnjs service; network requests to load those files may disclose technical information such as your IP address to the CDN.
Optional draft recovery
Draft saving is off by default. If you enable it, the browser stores your PDF and edits locally on your device using IndexedDB. You can delete a saved draft using the tool's Delete saved draft control. Drafts older than seven days are removed when the tool checks for them; deletion is not scheduled to run while the site is closed. Browser cleanup, private browsing, and storage limits may erase drafts sooner. Do not enable drafts on a shared device.
Downloads and limitations
Completed documents are generated in your browser and downloaded through your browser. Electronic signatures added by this tool are visual marks; DocuHeroes does not verify signer identity, provide an audit trail, or issue a cryptographic digital certificate. Review your downloaded PDF before relying on it.
Hosting and browser data
Like most websites, hosting and CDN providers may receive standard connection information when you visit or load site resources. This page describes the Sign & Fill application; it is not a guarantee that your browser, extensions, or hosting provider collect no technical data.
